This is the official Shaolin Nam Pai Chuan web site, set up exclusively to provide information on our competitions. The next competition will be held on Saturday 22nd November 2008 at The Welsh Institute of Sport, Sophia Gardens, Cardiff. In the coming months we will provide relevant details such as: categories of events, who can participate, rules of the competition.
